Katherine Dils - Event Consultant

Katherine is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. She comes to Party Reflections, Inc from an agricultural non-profit where she held a position in meeting and event planning. She has fostered a passion for client services and is excited for the opportunity to assist clients with their event rental needs. Katherine graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and minors in Studio Art and English. She is an alumna of Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh. Katherine enjoys traveling to her family’s beach house in Kill Devil Hills, NC and is most often accompanied by her identical twin sister. She loves spending time with her friends and two Ragdoll cats, Chloe and Leo.


 

Amanda Peoples - Event Consultant

Amanda Peoples was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and graduated from Meredith College with a degree in Communications in 2012. Amanda has made a career working in luxury customer service. She earned the designation of Reservation Agent of the Quarter at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in 2015 and then continued her career as the Sales Support Assistant Manager at Bailey’s Fine Jewelry.

Amanda has always had a passion for the events industry and a desire to help others have an outstanding experience on their special day. She is excited to join the Party Reflections team and learn from the best!

While not working Amanda can be found relaxing with her Husband or feeding the ducks that frequent her porch; they like muffins.


 

Kristin Lassiter Pietrantoni - Account Executive

Originally from Durham NC, Kristin recently moved home with her husband after a year in our Columbia office. Kristin started working in the special events industry while she was studying Sociology at East Carolina University. After graduation, Kristin worked as a catering sales associate in Chapel Hill gaining a vast knowledge of the rental industry.

In her time with Party Reflections, Kristin worked side by side with Columbia’s largest caterers, wedding planners and many corporate clients. Listening to her client’s ideas and bringing those to life is certainly one of the many reasons why her clients enjoy working with her. In her free time, Kristin enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach and lake with her husband, Joey, and their energetic golden retriever, Brooks.

 

 

Paula Hunter - Account Executive

Paula is a native of Raleigh, NC and has been with the company since 2010. Paula a veteran of the industry for ten years lives and breathes event rentals. She focuses on providing the highest level of customer service, quality products, and a truly unsurpassed experience for our clients from start to finish.  Her incredible patience and willingness to answer every question makes each of her clients feel special and unique. 

In 2004 Paula received a certificate of appreciation from the White House Communications Department for her help in coordinating President George W. Bush’s team on his 2nd term campaign tour across the United States.  That same year she coordinated the set up of 10,000 chairs at the National Museum of the American Indian grand opening in Washington DC part of the Smithsonian Institution on the National Mall. On a daily basis she works with many event planners, caterers, and venues in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area.

Outside the office Paula enjoys spending time with family, enjoys watching ACC sports, and spending as much time at the beach as possible. 


 

Carol Klenke - Sr. Account Executive

Carol Klenke brings over 24 years of industry experience to the Party Reflections team, including 20 in the rental business. Her full comprehension of event planning, tenting, lighting, design, management, problem solving and exceptional customer service make her a valuable member of our team.

A 13 year member of the International Live Events Association Raleigh Durham, Carol served as the 2009-2010 President of the Chapter. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Chapter of NACE and is an active member of the Association Executives of North Carolina.

Carol is a Raleigh native and spends her time away from the office with family, husband, 2 kids & spoiled pets.


 

Joey Cathey - Project Manager | Brand Development

Joey Cathey has been in the Event Rental business since 1995. He owned Special Events Rentals in Raleigh NC from 1995-2007. While at Special Events he started out with sales at 250k and eventually selling his company with sales over 3 million. He was hired as a Consultant for Classic and eventually opened a Mellow Mushroom Restaurant in Burlington in 2009. He has 22 years in both the sales and operations side of the industry. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, golf and watching the Duke Blue Devils.

Mark moved to Raleigh and joined the Party Reflections Team in December of 2016. Although new to Party Reflections and the Raleigh Market, he has over 20 years of experience in the event rental industry. He has held multiple positions within the industry and has successfully lead teams in Northern California, Tennessee, Texas and now North Carolina. Mark has had the opportunity to work in many areas of event rental; from specializing in tent / structures, to a niche company that focused on event drape, to full service event rentals. He also has experience in all kinds of events; from presidential debates, to large sporting events: football, golf, NASCAR, marathons, etc., to music, wine & food festivals, and many other unique events. Mark has a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and minored in Accounting at Pacific Union University. In his free time, Mark enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his family: wife, two daughters and dog Luke.
