Mark is native North Carolinian originally from Goldsboro, NC. He earned his B.S. in Hospitality Management in 1992 from East Carolina University. Mark has spent his entire professional career in Hospitality. He developed a strong work ethic and passion for customer service while working in the Hotel Industry with Marriott and Hilton in both New York City and Miami, FL. However, Mark could not stay away from his Tar Heels and Pirates for long and returned to Greensboro to open his own Quiznos Sub restaurant. In 2011, Mark was bit by the Event Rental Industry bug and Triad Event Rentals was born.

When not at work, Mark enjoys spending time at the beach where he loves to scuba dive and go deep sea fishing. He loves his college sports and above all, he mostly enjoys spending time with his supportive wife and two boys.

Meet Ashley Herrera. Born and bred in the heart of North Carolina, Ashley is a seasoned wedding professional with over nine years of experience in venue coordination, sales, and wedding planning. A proud alumna of Western Carolina University, Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management (Go Cats!).

Ashley married her college sweetheart in November of 2023, and together, they share their home with two cherished rescue dogs, Maia and Lando, who bring endless joy to their lives. After a thriving tenure with Party Reflections from 2019 to 2021, Ashley has returned home to Party Reflections, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for creating unforgettable events. She also currently serves on the board of WIPA North Carolina, representing Party Reflections and furthering her commitment to the growth and excellence of the event industry.

With her vibrant, dynamic, and memorable personality, Ashley uplifts everyone involved in the events she oversees. Her commitment to perfection and genuine enjoyment of “making it happen” drives her to exceed clients’ expectations every time.

Santana Mobley

Born and raised in Ocala, Fl, Santana moved to Winston Salem, NC in 2008 where she met her better half and never left. Her experience in the event industry spans from 2006 to present with planning weddings and parties.  She has worked as an event assistant for event planners in the Winston Salem area as well as a catering assistant at one of the largest universities in the city.

After having her last son, she felt like she needed another way to be a part of the event industry but not so hands on.  With a love of the décor aspect of events, joining the PR team was a perfect opportunity.  Working with Santana, you have the benefit of her event design knowledge.  It is her passion to see your event come to life with all the right details to bring it together.

Her free time is spent with her husband and their three children traveling, binge watching shows, and creating balloon arrangements.

Heide Andrews

Heide was born in New Jersey and lived there until the age of 10 when she and her family moved to North Carolina.  Heide started her career in the special event industry in May 2016 after being a stay at home mom for 20 years.  Not knowing exactly what to expect entering back into the workforce, she quickly adapted and became very enthusiastic and excited about this new chapter in her life. She enjoys interacting with new and existing clients and helping them make their dream a reality.

In her spare time, Heide enjoys cooking, wine tasting, being outdoors, spending time with friends, and the three most important men in her life, her two sons Nicholas and Nathan and her grandson Zane. She considers being a mother and “Gigi” two of her most rewarding and greatest accomplishments in life.
