Tenting 101
Deciding what tent you need for your event can be hard. It’s all about square footage! We like to allot 6 sq ft per guest for cocktail receptions, 8 sq ft per guest for ceremony seating, 15 sq ft per guest for seated dinners, and 22 sq ft per guest for full receptions. Use the chart above to get you started, or contact one of our event professionals who can help guide you to your perfect tent! If necessary, our team can conduct a site visit to assess your needs.
Linen Sizes
What size linen do I need for my table? We know picking a linen size can seem complicated and confusing. One of the most important thing to know, is that a standard dining table is 30” tall, and a standard high boy/cocktail table is 42”.
