The combination of Event Design, Texture & Color can transform a space. You can use color to evoke emotion, create depth in a room with a variety of textures and leave guests inspired by the overall event design. Regardless of who creates the vision, we are here to help you bring that vision to life with our extensive inventory of linen.
How do you transform a tent into a magical venue? Or use fabric to infuse your color scheme into your venue? By having our team expertly install a custom tent liner or drape fabric from a central chandelier for a dramatic impact, that’s how. Regardless of the size of the tent, we will work with you to create the look you want.
Our Linen Gallery team is able to create custom linens in a variety of sizes, as throw pillows or to color coordinate draping for your special event. We attend interior design fabric shows twice a year to ensure we can provide our clients with incredible options of new patterns and color combinations. A custom element at an event evokes recognition of a brand, closeness to the couple or a WOW when attendees arrive. Let us create that experience for you!
All 3 locations have a design center located in the showroom. The design center allows our clients to create their vision by choosing from over 375 sample linens, napkins and chair ties, access to full sets of each china pattern, glassware line and flatware set as well as our inventory of chairs. Stop by a design center closest to you during our normal business hours to see your event come to life.
"In 2011 the Wyndham Championship hired Party Reflections to handle all of our needs for tents, furniture, and many of the major elements required for staging a PGA Tour event.
One of the things we like most about Party Reflections is their customer service. My experience with other vendors prior to 2011 lacked that customer service element. With Party Reflections you sense their desire to have the finished product meet your expectations. They have truly become a partner with us and aim to meet the same goal as us. "
