Party Reflections Expands Into The Triad Market

Over the last 5 years, Party Reflections has experienced extraordinary growth.  With expansion into the Raleigh, NC market and the Columbia, SC market, we have brought new product and services to that customer base and to the event industry.  While entry into these markets have expanded our range in North and South Carolina, the Triad region of North Carolina represented a significant pocket of business within our reach.  This past summer Party Reflections acquired Southern Event Rental, located in Greensboro, NC to establish a location to service the Triad. 

 

The Triad region of the North Carolina is comprised of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point.  This represents the third largest population of people and growth in the state behind Charlotte and Raleigh.  In order to expand as a regional brand in the Carolinas, this is the next logical region to establish a location.  Currently, some of our largest events we produce, Wyndham Championship and the Winston-Salem Open tennis tournament, are in this geographic area.  Strategically, the Triad fills the gap between Charlotte and Raleigh and will allow business to be conducted between the three regions instead of just driving through the area. 

 

Party Reflections understands that the most valuable asset to the organization is the team of people that work every day to service our clients’ needs and events.  The Party Reflections Greensboro team consists of members of the Southern Event Rental team that the Triad has come to know and trust.  We want to introduce that team here to the entire Party Reflections family.

Erin Baker leads the team as the locations’ General Manager with the same attention to detail in both Sales and Operations our clients have come to expect.  Although the structure has changed slightly internally, you will hear a familiar voice when you call with a question or see a familiar face on the jobsite.  The Sales team consists of Sales Manager, Mark Venable, Account Executive Doyle Minton and Event Consultants Heidi Andrews and Maddie Ferranti.  On the Operations side, Allan Elium is the Project Manager and works with our team of drivers and field crew including Chaddie Guido, Edwin Huezo and Brian Mchaffey.  In the warehouse, Jason Barringer is the Logistics Manager and Lilian Martinez is the Linen & Kitchen Manager. 

 

The foundation that the Southern Event Rental team built in the Triad market focusing on quality equipment and excellent customer service is what attracted Party Reflections to this expansion opportunity.  Party Reflections’ mission is to provide upscale event rental products and services to create innovative solutions and lasting memories for our partners and clients.  By entering the Triad market, we hope to bring a more diverse inventory including larger tent offerings, as well as a broader selection of linen and tabletop items.  The addition of Southern Event Rental staff and product will allow Party Reflections to pursue even larger events throughout the Carolinas and select national markets.

 

While no two businesses are the same, we feel Southern Event Rental was a great match for our philosophy and core values.  The business model for Southern Event Rental included service and quality as their cornerstone.  They were an exclusive event rental company and prided themselves on the reputation they had earned in the Triad.  Their level of quality and professionalism will remain as the foundation of the newest addition to the Party Reflections’ company.   We look forward to growing our brand in the Triad market and providing what our customers need now and in the future.
