In the event industry, it’s important that we support our fellow vendors and play to one another’s strengths. After all, it’s the teamwork and collaboration that help bring our clients’ dream events to life! One way that we like to get further involved within our vendor community is to partner with a variety of vendors within the North Carolina and South Carolina area to highlight this teamwork and show how we can deliver a truly memorable experience.

On August 7th, our team participated in The Maxwell’s summer open house, featuring a variety of all-star vendors in the Raleigh, NC area. The Maxwell is a picturesque venue located in Raleigh, complete with luxurious indoor spaces, private suites, and an outdoor patio/lawn. Open houses are a great way to bring both vendors and clients together to showcase what a picture-perfect event can look like, from florals, table settings, lighting, cuisine, and more. The Maxwell summer showcase is for couples, or newly engaged couples who are in need of vendors for their big day and to see the space in action! It’s a great way to give couples a visual and sensory experience of what their event can become, while enjoying some gourmet food and drink as they meet The Maxwell team.

Party Reflections supplied everything needed for an elegant tablescape. Our expert designers and Account Executives work together to plan every last detail of what it takes to set the table for an awesome party. Here’s what we put together for The Maxwell’s Open House event.
