When a major sporting event comes to the Southeast, the infrastructure behind the scenes is just as crucial as the action on the field. While many know Party Reflections as a premier partner for weddings and corporate gatherings, our footprint in professional sports logistics and high-end event rentals runs deep.

Since 2003, we have strategically expanded our sporting event support capabilities, building an extensive inventory and an elite operational team capable of executing major athletic events on a massive scale.

Powering Major Professional Tournaments and Championships

Specializing in professional sports rentals requires an intricate understanding of high-volume logistics, strict timelines, and the unique functional needs of athletes, sponsors, and spectators. Whether it’s luxury corporate hospitality or tournament-wide tenting, Party Reflections is proud to serve as the trusted supplier for several premier events:

In addition to the Wyndham Championship, we provide comprehensive rentals for the Truist Championship (furnishing premier suites) and support events during The Masters Tournament in Augusta, GA. We also supply all tenting and rentals for the UNC Health Championship in Raleigh, NC.
