When you are in the customer service business, as we are here at Party Reflections, we understand that on a daily basis we are going to get a myriad of questions regarding our products, services, and abilities. While some of these questions are easier to answer than others, it is important to me that we don’t take any customer for granted and offer the same level of service to every individual. After all, we are in the business of solving problems.
When designing our new web site and creating our shift in marketing we needed a purpose. We needed to do something that would evoke an emotional response. The purpose of our new web experience is to be a better resource to all of you that we do business with on a daily basis. Every thought and decision that was made came from one place, with one thing in mind; improving the customer experience. Creating the #PRexperience.
Gone are the days of jockeying for position in the yellow pages. We have entered a brave new world, one in which end-users want information at their fingertips… immediately. With more ways to get your information into our hands, we are able to answer the questions you need answers to the most. The improved catalog will allow you to see our inventory at the touch of a button; the blog will be in place to supply you with answers and information about our industry; the galleries will offer you inspiration in a variety of ways; the short of it is this… we want to be your resource.
To answer the aforementioned questions. Yes, we do lighting, custom linens and tent liners. Our Linen Gallery has expanded to be able to offer these services so we can be your one stop shop for all things beautiful and truly make your event unique.
To make your order a reservation we take a 50% deposit and need a signature on our terms of service agreement.
You do not have to clean your items before returning (although we do ask that you knock off large chunks of debris).
